Advanced Manufacturing
Description
This highly flexible 231-hour program will be delivered both virtually and in-person over 19 weeks. The Advanced Manufacturing Micro-credential Program is a collaboration with employers and leading industry experts to prepare unemployed and underemployed individuals with the technical and essential skills necessary to be effective, efficient, adaptive and innovative in the ever changing manufacturing industry. The program features 7 stackable micro-credentials that are a mix of self-paced online and hands-on learning. The program has been designed to be highly flexible; most courses begin with a self-paced online component which can be done on your time and at the location of your choosing. Once you have successfully completed the online component, you will be required to complete a hands-on practical component at our Humber North Campus on a specified weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Those who complete the program will also participate in a networking/recruitment event with our local Industry Partners!
