Payroll Management, Intro to
Description
Receive instruction on how to make decisions; supervise and manage; and contribute a payroll perspective to organizational policy and strategy discussions regarding - project management process, disaster recovery planning and implementation; the CPA way of legislative monitoring, risk analysis, measurement and management; payroll and HRIS systems planning and implementation and expatriate, inpatriate payroll implications.
Note: In addition to the tuition fee paid to Sheridan, students must also register with the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) and pay the CPA's applicable fee(s) $440 + taxes as current members in order to receive their course materials and get access to the online learning platform.
Prerequisite(s): Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification and verification of payroll work experience by the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) prior to enrolling.
