Description
In this course, students will explore the intricacies of the role of a human resource professional in the events industry. We will focus on the importance of employee engagement and how positive progressive management techniques can ensure success at every level of the organization. Students will develop an understanding of labour legislation as it relates to employees and volunteers in Ontario workplaces.
