HR Mentorship Foundations
Description
This course focuses on preparing the students to work in a Human Resources role within an organization. They will also learn practical tools for securing and succeeding in a future job. These tools will include writing effective resume and cover letters and developing an effective career portfolio with a Human Resources focus. The students will also learn effective interviewee and interviewer skills, professional document use, policy awareness and use, intercultural awareness, research on the HR profession jobs and vocational requirements, dressing and dining skills, Further, weekly, throughout the course, students will demonstrate proficiency in group dynamics as well as individually akin to an HR team in the workforce.
