End of Life Care Practicum

This course promotes transition to the practice of palliative care through an intensive practice experience caring for clients at the end-of-life. Opportunities are provided for learners to consolidate learning in the application of theory, research, knowledge, and skill. Learners will be required to integrate and synthesize previously acquired learning.
