Business Process Modeling and Improvement

Examine process management concepts, tools and techniques that will help to identify and narrow gaps in an organizations' quality to a minimum. The course is divided into two portions - mapping and modeling processes and improving processes. Study a range of topics and techniques, including process mapping, cost of quality and quality tools.
