Behaviour Change for Health and Wellness
Description
Learn the theories for behaviour change within the context of health and wellness coaching. Explore the social and behavioural factors that influence a person's health and wellness decision-making and level of activity. This course will explore approaches, strategies, and techniques appropriate for facilitating practical behaviour changes to achieve positive results in overall health and wellness. A practical component will be part of this course. HWC 200 is a pre-requisite for HWC 201, HWC 202, HWC 204.
