It prepares anyone working in Early Childhood Education an opportunity to gain supervisory skills for working in community and child care spaces and places importance on skill building in human resources and financial management, pedagogical leadership and understanding the Early Years Act. Courses in this micro-credential can be applied to the Management in Community Services graduate certificate program.
