Description

The Master of Engineering in Electric Power Engineering (MEng) is an online degree program that provides state-of-the-art training, skill development, and education for power engineering personnel.

  • Part-time study
  • Normally, the program takes 3 years, or 9 terms to complete. However, students are allowed up to 5 years, or 15 terms to complete.
NOTE:  MEng students do not receive financial assistance; MEng students are self-funded.
 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Honours Bachelor of Applied Science or equivalent degree (4 year)
  • Applying with domestic credentials:
  • A minimum 75% overall standing in the last two years of a four-year Honours Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Applying with international credentials:
  • A minimum 75% overall standing in a four-year Honours Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 2 references (at least 1 from an academic source) Note: Academic referees must have directly taught coursework or supervised research 
  • English language proficiency (ELP) examination score
