Program Description
Sheridan's Junior Administrative Assistant Level 1 Micro-Credential program offers practical training to master office routines, create documents, utilize software applications, and apply interpersonal skills in the workplace. In this program, students will: learn the fundamental competencies in communication and office protocols, evaluate proficiency across diverse office procedures, acquire essential office skills to be able to efficiently perform executive tasks and support daily organizations of any organization, and apply these acquired administrative skills in a real office environment.
