Customer Service Representative - Language Training
Description
Due to the growing national and international markets, companies are looking to reach a wider range of customers. It is in the best interests of businesses to have professionally trained customer service representatives with additional language training to be the first point-of-contact for those businesses.
Having bilingual staff on-hand helps and ensures that customers are best-served in the language of choice. The languages for this ROA have been pre-selected based on the proximity markets (French), the strategic location of Canada in North America (Spanish), and the upcoming trade agreement relationship with China (Chinese).

Entry Requirements
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or 19 years of age or older.
