Workplace Health and Safety (All Streams)
Description
This online and self-paced course will provide learners with the resources needed to "get started" on the path to health and safety. This course deals with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for construction projects., federal and provincial legislation applicable in construction projects. Topics covered include WHMIS regulation, basics of fall protection and confined spaces awareness are evaluated during this course. An introduction to Personal Protective Equipment and lock out and tag out procedures will be introduced.
