Work Integrated Learning: Culinary
Description
In-person learners will complete a work-integrated learning experience in Centennial College's The Local Restaurant, Event Centre, or with a valued industry partner. For 32 hours per week, students will observe, learn and work with experienced personnel in experiential real-time and dynamic learning environments. They will also complete various self-reflection and leadership activities.
Online learners will supplement the in-person experience with activities to develop their leadership abilities, examine personal work values and build self-reflection skills through online activities and discussion boards. They will also engage in in-person activities with a local organization in their area.
