Work Integrated Learning: Baking and Pastry

This course provides meaningful work experience in approved jobs within the industry, enabling the student to relate classroom theory to the practical world, while adding another career educational dimension to his\her career preparation. Work Integrated learning enables the student to better understand the dynamics of the industry, increase his\her knowledge of industry practices, and provides a competitive advantage of experience in the job market.
