Typography Digital

In this course students develop their skills in the application of typography and explore their capabilities in developing creative typographic solutions to enhance the meaning of communication on the computer. Emphasis is placed on type as form to communicate, typographic conventions, typeface selection, adjustment, spacing, layout, grid systems, hierarchy of information, legibility and readability through a series of lectures, class discussions, assignments and projects.
