Supply Chain Connections

Are you an internationally trained individual with experience in supply chain who is interested in transferring your skills to the Canadian supply chain industry?  This course is designed to prepare you for the Canadian supply chain job market. It offers an overview of the supply chain sector in Canada and will provide you with practical guidance for a successful job search and connections to potential employers in Canada’s supply chain industry. Through virtual lectures, class activities and an industry project, you will develop, enhance and apply your understanding of various concepts, including: business and supply chain strategy development and deployment; Canadian supply chain models; supply and demand management; and logistics and operations management.  You will examine and compare quality control and continuous improvement strategies, while furthering your understanding of supply chain risk management and the future trends in supply chain.
