Supplier Management

The success of a company can often rest on how well it develops and manages relationships with its suppliers (of both commodities and services). Our Supplier Management course explores supplier management in terms of procurement and procurement strategies. Also consider supplier management from the suppliers' point of view, and focus on how to improve supplier management so that you can establish a mutually beneficial relationship.
