Strategic Planning

The student will examine strategy and policy tools for decision making and problem solving. Students will examine and study a variety of businesses, corporate and unincorporated and develop insights into the complex challenges they face from a strategic perspective. Student communication, both oral and written, as well as analytical skills will be stressed along with the ability to work effectively in small groups.
