Standard Work Practices
Description
Understanding and applying standard work practices can improve the safety and efficiency of the journeyperson's job. Students develop a variety of practical and professional skills, such as taking measurements, making calculations and estimates, interpreting data, problem solving and critical thinking. Through mentorship, hands-on experience and observation, students develop the ability to apply standard techniques and procedures used in their respective fields.
