Specification Writing and Contracts

This course is designed to allow architectural technology students the opportunity to become familiar with and to develop competency in preparing contract documents. They will learn the application of the Project Manual, the relationship between the drawings and specifications, tender documents, bidding procedures, contracts, general conditions, and the Master Format System.
