Software Requirements Engineering
Description
This project-based course focuses on software engineering processes and software requirements engineering tasks. Students will gain hands-on experience by applying the related tasks to document the user system requirements, develop a detailed software requirements specification, and build analysis models which include scenario-based, class-based and behavioral-based models using both textual and graphical diagrams (UML standards).
Coursework emphasizes the application of object-oriented analysis principles, user experience design principles and guidelines, domain analysis model, analysis patterns, quality assurance and technical review at the level of the requirements model.
