Description
Ignite a sense of leadership by building your social justice capacity within the diverse early childhood professional sector. In this course, you will be guided to examine your values, beliefs, and attitudes as they relate to concepts of culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will be provided with the opportunity to investigate social, historical, colonial, cultural, and philosophical underpinnings related to social justice to apply best-practices and evidence-based competencies to your leadership and ECE practice.
