Risk Management
Description
This course introduces fundamental project management concepts including, the triple constraint, project life cycle, project selection techniques, and how to define stakeholder requirements. The course also provides students with the knowledge and tools required to identify and prioritize project risks as well as plan effective responses for managing risk. Students learn strategies for monitoring and controlling project risks during project implementation.
