Recovery Phase Planning

Description

This course addresses how recovery plans are developed to formalize the process for an effective return of activities to the new norm and to maintain a continuity of operations as outlined through a business continuity program. The recovery plans focus on specific roles and responsibilities for control group members, organizations, and industry sectors. Differences between short-term and long-term recovery plans will be discussed along with challenges that may occur during the various phases of recovery. Supporting plans will also be developed leveraging resources from external sources including Provincial & Federal government agencies.
