Real Estate Procedures

This practical course is designed to provide the knowledge and skills to produce real estate documents and related correspondence for residential real estate transactions in the Province of Ontario. In-class students will work in a networked computer lab environment using word processing, the Conveyancer and Teraview (electronic registration) software. Online learners will be able to conveniently download this software to their personal computer devices.
