Quality Management

In this course, students will be introduced to the importance of improving quality and enhancing patient safety while improving efficiencies and reducing costs in health organizations. Students will learn principles and methodologies of continuous quality improvement and the role of the quality manager in health environments. The importance of utilizing data to support effective decision-making to improve the quality of health services will also be explored.
