Project Resource, Stakeholder and Communications Management
Description
Students learn the processes, tools, and techniques used to effectively manage project stakeholders, resources (both physical and human resources) and the communications requirements of a project.
Topics in this course include leadership styles & behaviour, stakeholder identification & management, resource planning, estimating and acquisition, team development, coaching & mentoring, conflict resolution and communications planning and management.
This course is offered both in-class and online. In both delivery formats, students are expected to participate in group discussions, complete individual and group assignments and complete a final exam.
