Project Recovery
Description
This is the 'capstone' course in the Project Management Program, including concepts from all other Project Management courses, entailing a research project or 'live client' project which students develop throughout the course. Students learn how to research, plan, deliver and close projects; develop the competencies to assess impacts of change on active projects; create and lead a recovery plan. Students apply financial analysis, earned value management, and benefit analysis techniques to identify and respond to project changes; then prioritize & present clear business solutions to senior management and other important stakeholders. Students apply the principles of delivering economic value, social benefit, environmental accountability & climate change mitigation, to deliver the strategic goals of Business Sustainability and Sustainable Development.
