Project Management and the Human Interface
Description
Human resources management is important to organizing, leading, and managing project teams. Students explore various leadership techniques necessary to control the human dynamics within the project life cycle. Through a series of workshops and exercises, students study the key concepts, tools, and techniques for motivating high performance in project teams, such as team building and motivation, leadership, and conflict control. Students develop an understanding of the importance of blending sound project management techniques with effective leadership skills.
