Project Definition and Planning

Defining and managing a project scope ensures that the project includes all the required work. Students learn practical skills and knowledge related to project definition and planning, creation of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource allocation, development of the project budget, and close-out management techniques. Through group exercises and case study analysis, students acquire project management planning skills and concepts.
