Operations Management

Description

This course examines the function of operations management including forecasting, inventory management, capacity and manpower planning, scheduling, plant location and quality control in various settings such as industrial, service and public organizations. Through presentations of the theory and applications to real-world problems students explore, develop and support their managerial recommendations.
