Operations Management

This course provides an overview of operations management concepts and techniques for manufacturing and service sectors. The course emphasis is on planning, managing and controlling operations. Topics include forecasting, sales and operations planning, inventory and qualify management. A variety of quantitative techniques are also used for valuable insights in analysis and in decision-making.
