Not for Profit Management

This course emphasizes the interrelationships between a not-for-profit organization's management and its overall mission, values, goals, capabilities and environment. Students will gain insight into the differences between non-profits and for-profit enterprises in terms of management, financial resources, financial management, performance and governance. They will develop skills to professionally manage various aspects of a non-for-profit organization.
