Managing Project Scope and Time

This course will provide you with knowledge of project management processes as they relate to scope and time management. You will review in detail, including the development of the scope statement, the Work Breakdown Structure and the scheduling and estimating of project activities. Concepts from probability theory and statistics are used in time management for duration estimation under uncertainty. You'll learn how to use critical chain analysis is used to determine resource constraints. Techniques for controlling scope and scheduling change and monitoring overall project performance are also discussed.
