Litigation Practice and Procedure 1
Description
Advance your knowledge and expertise in the area of civil litigation. Students will become familiar with a wide range of activities, responsibilities and document preparation in the complex area of civil litigation process including Small Claims Court, Superior Court, Family Law, Collections and Enforcement proceedings.
Prerequisites
You must have completed both OP 9021 Legal Terminology (Online) and LAW 9099 Legal Office Procedures (Online). (Approved equivalents are also acceptable. The discontinued Introduction to Legal Office Practice and Procedures course will be accepted in place of Legal Office Procedures.)
