This course introduces students to the responsibilities of a law clerk and the number of issues related to the organization and operation of a legal office, including ethical and professional standards, document preparation and service, and accounts and records management. This subject familiarizes students with the elements of project management and emphasizes teamwork in order to create systems for staying organized and methods for collaborating with colleagues and resolving conflicts.
