Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Description
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a capstone course where participants apply Black Belt theory in an actual project, the successful completion of which results in Black Belt Certification. Students must select and complete a Black Belt level project defined as an improvement initiative which extends across the enterprise through multiple processes or departments. Project guidance and weekly coaching sessions are led by a certified and experienced Master Black Belt. Students must submit a project report for assessment and achieve a minimum of 70% to achieve Black Belt Certification. Blended delivery (20% in class; 80% project). Prerequisites: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Theory (QUAL10027)
