Description
Examine general operational issues confronting small businesses and discuss the interrelationships of the multi-functions of small business operations. Develop an operations plan for integration into their business plan. Gain hands on experience and demonstrate a practical operations mindset in decision making and problem solving skills by working in a real world business case.
