Introduction to OMNI Channel Marketing

Description

This course covers the fundamentals of Omnichannel marketing. Consumers are being driven by multiple access points from online and mobile to having an in-store experience to shopping through kiosks. These multiple points reflect the Omni-channel consumer experience for which businesses need to plan. Students learn to develop integrated Omni channel marketing strategies, with a focus on customer experience, conversion, and retention. Concepts covered will include, owned e-commerce, data optimization, omni channel campaign development, and mobile marketing integration. Students will have the opportunity to reinforce their learning through a company Omni channel audit assignment.
