Innovation in the Construction Industry

This course emphasizes on the aspects of innovation in the construction industry. The students will develop an understanding of constructability analysis, value engineering and value management in project delivery, innovation trends in the construction industry, integration of design and construction processes, integration of construction processes and the use of electronic communication and documentation in project delivery.
