Industrial and Organizational Behaviour
Description
This course provides an opportunity for students to examine individual and group behaviour in public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Students will be introduced to industrial-organizational psychology and organizational behaviour management. The role of behavioural principles and a functional assessment approach in effective performance management, staff training, and performance evaluation will help students in future management and leadership roles. This course also available in online format.
