Description
Human resource planning (HRP) is the process of reviewing human resource requirements to ensure that the organization has the necessary human resources to meet its vision, mission, goals, objectives, operational and strategic goals. HRP is forward-looking and involves anticipating future human resource requirements and developing strategies to meet them. In this course, you will learn about the HRP process and how it aligns with organizational strategic management. You will also analyze alternative human resource strategies and critically assess their relationship to the operational and strategic plans of the organization.
