Description
Whether you’re in the process of entering the workforce or are an established legal professional, this course will help you to develop the oral and written communication skills required to meet the specific needs of a bilingual workplace. Students will increase their context-specific vocabulary and improve their reading and listening comprehension skills by working with authentic documents, such as court judgements, government documents, media accounts of legal cases, etc. Online exercises and written assignments will develop your ability to conduct everyday business activities in grammatically correct French. Conversational practice, role playing, and other collaborative activities will develop your oral communication skills so that you can effectively interact with French-speaking clients.
