Forensic Behaviour Science

Description

This course will explore the interdisciplinary nature of Forensic Behavioural Science as an emerging field at the interface of the human services and criminal justice systems. Students will examine possible risk and preventative factors that underlie criminal behaviour and discuss challenges specific to individuals with disabilities in the correctional system. Students will learn how principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) can be utilized in law enforcement and crime prevention.. This course is also available in an online format.
