Financial Analysis
Description
In this computer-based course, students develop the skills to conduct financial analyses using Microsoft Excel. After a review of financial statements, students create spreadsheet models to analyze income statements, balance sheets and cash budgets. Tasks such as time-value of money calculations, ratio analysis, financial forecasting and break-even analysis are automated through the design and development of spreadsheet models.
