In this comprehensive and application-based course, you will use numerous tools and models to analyze costs, cash flows, operating costs, and rates of return. You will prepare a budget, report findings, and evaluate relevant costs for decision-making to be better positioned to understand and support your organization's financial decisions from an HR perspective.
