Evidence and Criminal Trial Procedure

This course is designed as a capstone course, which incorporates learning outcomes from various courses. The focus of learning is the rules of evidence and criminal trial procedure. Students will be challenged to develop realistic fact scenarios and evidence that will support criminal prosecutions in mock court. To accomplish that, students will adopt various trial roles in their prosecution and defence of those charges, and as a result, will be exposed to various perspectives within the criminal justice system.
