Environmental Services

A key area that needs to be managed well to operate a successful operation, is the physical plan of the building. This course will give the student insight into this area. Being able to understand and monitor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to offer residents comfort and reduce costs is important. Departmental organization, job descriptions, resources, and budgets for these departments will be studied (Housekeeping, Laundry, and   Maintenance).
