Enterprise Risk Management: Strategy to Execution
Description
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is about balancing risk and reward across an entire organization. The traditional approach to risk management separates risk into two areas: financial, which focuses on quantitative analysis and control through accounting; and insurance, which focuses on managing exposure due to accidental losses. This course will show you how to consider risk management in a more holistic way, no matter what industry, a functional or operational area in which you work.
