Design Process Intermediate
Description
Building on skills and experience learned in the first semester, students focus on the application of the design process in problem-solving. With the emphasis on cultural context and contemporary design issues, students research content of client-oriented projects developed in the second semester and create strong graphic images applying multiple solutions to each problem. Preparing a proposal to document and support the process is an integral part of this course. All assignments include a verbal, written and visual component presentation. The instructor works as a facilitator between client and student.
